In Lake County Ohio the digital system worked fine with my BC250D, then with the
change to the 9600 control channel it no longer picks up. You can get some
garbled speech from time to time, but they also changed the talk groups as well.
Its tough to figure out who your listening to.
Geauga County still works most of the time and will be gone in Nov 2012 from
what I heard on the radios. They are working out the glitches in the new Lake
County system now, hope to have it running well in a weeks time.

Here in northern Maine a city has hired a new police chief who was originally in Florida and has converted the complete system to a Motorola system that no scanner on the market picks them up. Not even GRE
